Introduction

This is my mother's recipe and my whole family loves this on sunday. This is my mother's recipe and my whole family loves this on sunday.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    beef chuck roast, 6-8 potatoes cut up,half of bag of baby carrots,dash of pepper,garlic power,minced onions,italian seasoning,soul seasoning and two cups of water to cover potatoes.

Directions

place the potatoes in first then carrots,then meat, add your seasonings and water.
Cooked all in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours or on low 10-12 hours.
