Baked Atlantic Salmon

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz. Atlantic Salmon
    Light Mayonaise
    Dijon Mustard
    Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, dill, ginger

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Prepare pan (cookie sheet) - line with foil, spray with Pam cooking spray (easy cleanup!)

Skin side down.

Spread each fillet with less than 1/2 tsp. each of mayo and mustard.

Lightly add: garlic powder OR garlic salt, onion powder, dill, parsley, ginger.

Bake 12 minutes.

Broil additional 3-4 minutes until bubbly. (Watch carefully.)
