Soup - Barely Counts Soup - 1 cup serving

Submitted by: NRVLAURA

Introduction

A soup that is very filling, but does not have lots of calories. If you use homemade broth and rinse the canned items in a colander, it also does not have a lot of sodium. And very little fat.
