1 cup brewed, cold coffee (Fair Trade)
1 small banana (preferably frozen)
1 cup low fat, plain yogurt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
OPTIONAL: sweetener of choice; not in the nutrtional info.
Makes 1 LARGE smoothie!
