Pretzel - Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 cup finely chopped pretzels
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1.5-2 pounds chicken

Directions

In a shallow bowl, combine 1 egg and garlic powder. In another bowl combine the pretzels and pepper. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture then roll in pretzel mixture.

Place in a greased 13in x 9in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 mins or until the meat thermometer reads 180, turning once

makes 5- 4oz pieces of chicken
