Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove)
Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
Pasta, cooked, 8 oz (remove)
Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic and mushrooms until cooked. Add ground beef and mix.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and evaporated milk. Stir. Adjust salt, pepper, thyme, italian seasoning as needed.
