* Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
* Carrots, raw, 1.25 cup, chopped (remove)
* Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
* Parsnips, 0.5 cup slices (remove)
* *Barley - HULLED - a generous cup
* Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)
* *Quorn 'Chicken' Pieces, 2 cup (remove)
(I added thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, majorm (sp?), and garlic when I added the broth-feel free to add some of your favorites!)
