Ingredients

    1/2 pound of spaghetti (whole wheat would be fabulous here); 1 jar of Prego marinara sauce; 1 package of portabella mushrooms; 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 1 Tbsp basalmic vinegar; salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

In a shallow pan, sautee the mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil and basalmic vinegar.
Cook the pasta to taste (al dente is best).
Combine the marinara and pasta and put the sauteed mushrooms on top.
