Ingredients

    2 lbs pork tenderloin
    2 medium onions (cut in quaters and peel away each layer)
    2 red bell peppers (cut into about 16 equal pieces
    1 (16oz) can whole potatoes (leave wholoe unless too big to fit on skewer
    1 package portabello mushrooms

    Marinade:
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp finely chopped garlic
    1 tbsp dried sage
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp olive oil
    Ground pepper to taste

Directions

Cut por into 1-inch cubes
Combine all marinade item and mix meat with it.
Let marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
One hour before removing meat from marinade, add vegetables to season them.

Put all itmes on skeweres, alternating each item. Place on hot grill for 5-10 minutes per side.
