Microwave Apple Crisp

Introduction

Low fat, low sugar treat. Low fat, low sugar treat.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Apples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked (remove)
    Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Lower Sugar, Apples and Cinnamon, 2 serving (remove)
    *Margarine, soft, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Allspice, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Peel and core apples and place in baking dish. Toss apples with 1 Tbsp flour, cinnamon, allspice and 1 pkt of oatmeal. In small bowl combine margarine, brown sugar and the other oatmeal packet. Sprinkle over the top of apple mixture.
Microwave on high uncovered 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
Makes four 1/2 cup servings.
