2 scoops GNC Soy Chocolate Protein Powder
1 T Ghiradelli unsweetened baking cocoa
2 packets Stevia in the Raw
1/3 cup Green Mountain Chocolate Raspberry Truffle coffee (cooled)
1/4 cup Lactaid 1% Milkfat Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup instant plain oats
2 T slivered almonds
1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk
With a spoon, blend protein powder, cocoa, stevia, coffee and cottage cheese.
In a food processor, finely grind oats and almonds.
Combine all ingredients and add soy milk. Use an immersion blender to thoroughly mix until relatively smooth (the oats and almonds will leave some texture.)
Chill in refrigerator overnight.
Top with shaved dark chocolate.
