Ingredients

.5 cup flour
.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
.5 cup granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
.5 tsp baking powder
.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp canola oil
1 jumbo egg and 1 egg white
2 ts vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and lightly grease a 9x5 pan or prepare muffin tins.
2. In one bowl combine all the dry ingredients, stirring with a whisk or fork.
3. In a seperate bowl whisk all the wet ingredients.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry bowl and stir until just combined. Pour into the pan or muffin tins.
BAKING:
-Pan: 17 minutes for fudgy brownies, 20 for firm brownies
-Muffin tins: 9 for fudgy brownies, 11 for firm brownies
