Ingredients

3 cups grated fresh carrots
1 medium apple, grated
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions
I use the food processor to make short work of the grating. Place the ingredients together into a food processor, and chop til fine. Place into a serving bowl. Keep refrigerated.
