Autumn Oatmeal

Introduction

Warm, spicy, and filling, this oatmeal will start your day right! Warm, spicy, and filling, this oatmeal will start your day right!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 Tbs ground flax seed
    dash salt
    1/3 cup pumpkin puree
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter

Directions

1. Combine the oats, water, milk, flax seed, and salt in a small pan. Leave to sit for 10 minutes. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

2. Add the pumpkin, maple syrup, raisins and spices, cook for another 2-5 minutes, until the oats reach the desired consistency.

3. Serve and swirl in the peanut butter.
