    2 SMALL APPLES
    PAM
    SPLENDA BROWN SUGAR BLEND
    GRANULATED SUGAR
    GROUND CINNAMON
    COCONUT OIL

Directions

CORE 2 SMALL APPLES
CUT 2 SQUARES OF ALUMINUM FOIL
SPRAY FOIL WITH PAM AND WRAP APPLES AROUND SIDES AND BOTTOM WITH FOIL TO MAKE A CUP
MIX SUGARS AND CINNAMON AND SPLIT IN 1/2.
FUNNEL THIS INTO THE APPLE CENTERS.
COVER WITH 1/2 COCONUT OIL.
WRAP THE FOIL OVER THE APPLES
PLACE IN A SMALL COOKING PAN WITH 1/2 INCH WATER.
BAKE 350* FOR ONE HOUR.
