Sauteed scallops

Ingredients

    2 T Olive Oil
    1 T garlic powder
    1/2 t salt
    8 large scallops

Directions

Add olive oil, garlic powder and salt to frying pan over medium heat. Saute scallops in pan until done.
(I start with partially frozen scallops and that helps add more moisture to the pan)
