Crockpot orange marmalade chicken

I'm going to serve it with roasted sweet potatoes and roasted mixed veggies (broccoli, cauli, and leeks, tossed with olive oil and roasted 'til browned).

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Whole chicken
    1 cup orange marmalade
    1t ground ginger
    1/2t red chilli flakes
    1T soy sauce
    1t dijon mustard

Directions

Remove skin from whole chicken and place in the crockpot. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook 4-6 hours on high, 8-10 hours on low.
