Ingredients

    2 cups boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked &
    chopped
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken
    2 cups brown rice
    1 can water, or more if needed

Directions

Mix cream of chicken soup and the water in a large skillet. Mix well. Add the chicken and rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes. You may need to add more water to keep moist. Makes 6 servings.
