Easy and quick Pork and potatoes

Ingredients

    1 Pork chop
    1 medium potato or 2 small potatoes
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 dash salt
    1 dash pepper
    2 tbsp poultry seasoning.

Directions

cook pork chop in a skillet with garlic, salt and pepper.

Potatoes*
~peel potatoes, and wash them
~place on foil lined baking sheet(less clean up after)
~sprinly with a dash of salt, and pepper
~sprinkle up to 2 TBSP poultry seasoning.

Cook potatoes in a 375* F oven for about 20 minutes until soft.

Finish off the pork chop cooking and enjoy!
