Ingredients

    3 pkgs frozen squash, thawed & drained
    2/3 cup granular splenda
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 cups dry fat free milk
    4 oz unsweetened applesauce
    1 tablesppon cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1 tbsp molassas
    12 oz liquid egg whites

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray casserole dish with Pam or olive oil spray
add all ingredients except liquid egg white to food processor until blended. Gradually add egg white liquid while continuing to blend. you could use a large mixing bowl and a beat the ingredinets together if you do not have a food processor.Pour into sprayed casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings, 153 calories each. Serve hot from the oven
