1 medium onion
1 1/2 cup frozen corn or more to your taste
3 cups brown rice
garlic powder and salt to taste
while rice is cooking, Saute onions in fat free pam in skillet
add corn to heat
make sure there is enough pam in your pan that the rice won't stick and add rice untill all is mixed and heated through. Add garlic powder and salt to taste.
