Broccoli Soup low cal

Introduction

about 90 cals for a huge bowl. (almost 2 cups) about 90 cals for a huge bowl. (almost 2 cups)
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Broccoli 4 stalks
    2% milk 3/4 cup
    2 McCormick vegan chicken flavoredChinese soup cubes
    3 tbsp Chinese (only) rice flour
    2 tbsp Becel olive oil margarine
    salt an pepper to taste
    3 tbsp FRESH grated garlic

    Salt + pepper to taste
    1 packet of sugar twin (optional)

Directions

makes 8 large servings

boil chopped broccoli in enough water to cover the broccoli + Boullion cubes
When soft add raw garlic + PUREE with handheld blender
Add rice flour to cold milk (mix)
Whisk quickly into pureed soup

Salt + pepper to taste
I add 1 packet of sugar twin

Simmer for about 5 minutes to fuse flavors and lose raw flour taste.
