Try this low cal veggie side dish and you might become a cabbage lover. Or at least friends.

Ingredients

1 TBS canola oil
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
2 TBS whole-grain mustard
2 tsps curry powder
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp cumin
6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage (1 1/2 lbs)
1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Put oil in a large nonstick pan on medium heat. Add chopped onions, ginger and garlic and sauté 2 minutes. Add mustard, curry, and turmeric stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add cabbage, chicken broth, rice vinegar, salt & pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring often.
