Introduction

I love bagels & lox, so this is a GREAT alternative.


(Note: I make 5 servings at a time - it uses all the dill and salmon, plus makes a FAST and easy quick snack. I also prepare the onions ahead so I just throw them on too)

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2T fat-free cream cheese (nutritional confitured with light)
    2t chopped fresh dill
    1/2 oz smoked salmon minced
    2 Fat-Free RyKrisp crackers
    1t minced red onion

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese & dill. Mix well. Gently stir in the salmon.

Spread half the salmon mixture evenly over each cracker. Place on a serving plate. Sprinkle half of the onion over each cracker. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 serving
