Alouette Pasta Primavera Recipe

    Product: Alouette® Soft Spreadable Cheese

    Ingredients

    12 oz. linguine or fettuccine
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium zucchini, julienned
    2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
    ˝ cup chopped, fresh spinach
    3 scallions, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 cup chicken stock
    1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) Alouette Garlic & Herbs, Alouette Sundried Tomato & Basil, or Alouette Savory Vegetable or Alouette Garlic Supreme Spreadable Cheese
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on package, drain and set aside.

Add olive oil to pasta pot and sauté zucchini, tomatoes, spinach and scallions over medium heat 2-3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste, chicken stock and Alouette Garlic & Herbs Cheese stirring until cheese melts.

Add pasta back into pot. Toss to coat.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
