Fortified Fudgesicle

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 c fat free evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c cottage cheese
    1 4-serving box of jell-o fat free sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Place the evaporated milk in blender. Add the cottage cheese and blend until smooth. Add the chocolate pudding mix and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides when needed. Spoon into popsicle molds and freeze at least 3 hours.

Makes 6 popsicles.

  • I made this and it was AWFUL!! Tastes like cottage cheese. Needs more sweetness. I won't make it again. We ended up throwing out the pops. Very disappointing! - 6/20/11

    Yeah, it's not exactly like a fudgesicle, is it? It came out of Bill Phillip's Eating for Life cookbook. The cottage cheese is there to give it a high protein content. You could probably add some type of sweetner.
