1 Pork roast around 3-4 pounds
3 T apple cider vinegar
3 T water
Salt and pepper to taste
Braise pork roast in pan on stove
Place 1 onion in roasting pan and the roast over it
pour the vinegar and water in roasting pan
Cook in 350 degree oven for one hour
add the rest of the vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.
THis seemed crazy to me the first time I tried it but it turns out juicy and flavorful. One of my husband's favorites!!!
