6 oz. Salmon fillet
1/2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 sprigs chopped fresh Dill
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1. Rub the salmon with olive oil, place on a foil lined baking sheet. Cover with the dill and spread mustard over the top, using a knife or spatula to cover completely.
2. Bake salmon until no longer translucent, about 15 minutes.
