Meat and Vegetable Skillet

Introduction

easy, one dish meal. easy, one dish meal.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef, pork or lamb
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10.75 oz.) can of cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 t. dried thyme
    1/2 t. dried basil
    1/4 t. salt
    1 16 oz. bag frozen cauliflower
    1 16 oz. bag mixed vegetables

Directions

In a large pan, cook meat and onion until browned. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and simmer for 30 min. stirring occasionally.
