Chicken and rice

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups of rice long grain white
    1 tbsp of margarine
    4 chicken tenderloins or 9 oz of chicken breast boiled and shredded.
    Salt and peper
    Condiments you like


Directions

Put butter in a medium size pot on medium heat, add condiments and chicken, fry for a bout 2 or three minutes.
Add 4 cups of water, salt and peper and wait for it to boil.
Add 2 cups of rice and let it boil till almost dry, kind of soupy
Then cut on low for about 10 to 15 minutes, till rice is done.
