Chicken Tortilla Soup

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 large can diced tomatos (or 2 small)
    3 cans Chicken broth
    1 can El Pato tomato sauce
    1 can diced green chiles
    1 can niblets corn
    1 large can hominy
    1 can black beans
    1/2 cup carrots - diced
    8 oz shredded grilled chicken
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tsp chicken bouillon
    3 tbsp cilantro
    25 tortilla chips (divided)
    1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese (divided)

Directions

Open all cans, pour into pot, shred chicken and add, add cilantro, cumin, garlic. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer...cook 2 hours (or until carrots tender).
Put 1 cup in bowl, place few chips and some cheese...enjoy.
