Shari's Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore, 1 Cup per serving

Introduction

Yummy, warm supper! Super easy to make with leftover chicken! Yummy, warm supper! Super easy to make with leftover chicken!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    10oz Boneless skinless chicken breast precooked
    3 C. crushed tomato with basil
    3C. Hunts garlic and herb spaghetti sauce
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion
    10 large black olives
    2 medium carrots
    2 tsp parsley, dried
    1/2 tsp italian seasoning
    1/2 TBSP basil, dried
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    dash of salt and pepper
    butter flavored Pam

Directions

Chop chicken as desired. Chop green pepper and onions chunky. Slice black olives. Grate @ 2 carrots. Spray pam in a crockpot and add all ingrediants, let simmer until vegetables are tender.

Makes 8-1 cup servings
