Trifle Fruit Salad

Introduction

You can use either fresh or frozen fruit, great any time of year. Excellent for potlucks or picnics! You can use either fresh or frozen fruit, great any time of year. Excellent for potlucks or picnics!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups 1" chunks fresh pineapple or one 20oz can pineapple chunks (juice pack), drained

    2 cups halved strawberries (thawed if frozen)

    2 cups blueberries (thawed if frozen)

    2 cups seedless green grapes

    1 4-serving size pkg instant banana cream pudding mix (nutrition calculated from sugar free/fat free)

    1 1/4 cups non fat milk

    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

    1 8oz can crushed pineapple

Directions

1. In a 2 quart glass bowl, layer pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries and grapes; set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together dry pudding mix, milk and sour cream. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple. Pour over layered fruit. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8.
