Ingredients

10medium potatoes,7 large eggs,3 stalks celery(chopped)1 large onion(chopped)1 cup light miracle whip,2 tsp.yellow mustard,1/4 cup dill pickle juice,2 tsp.seasoned salt,1 tsp.salt,1/2 tsp.pepper,1 tsp.paprika
Directions
hard boil eggs,mash all but one for garnish.Boil potatoes ,drain and mash.Put both in bowl and add chopped celery and onion.Measure miracle whip ,pickle juice,mustard,seasoned salt,salt and pepper into large measuring cup,whip together,pour into potato mixture and mix well.Slice remaining egg and place over top,sprinkle with paprika.Makes18 1/2 cup servings
