Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup margarine
    2 tbsp honey (I like orange blossom honey for this)
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 packets Splenda
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    4 tbsp flax seeds
    1/2 cup quick oats
    2 medium size bananas
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.

Makes 12 average size cupcakes. Combine all ingredients together, being sure to mash the bananas.

Bake for approximately 14-17 minutes

Vegan margarine can be substituted to make vegan banana muffins.
