IntroductionDelicious vegan friendly berry muffins. Delicious vegan friendly berry muffins.
1.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Organic Cane Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup oil
1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
Combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) together in a mixing bowl. Add soy milk and oil. Mix well.
Fold in frozen berries.
Pour into baking cups and bake for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle a tiny bit of cane sugar over the top of the muffins while they cool. Enjoy!
