Introduction

This is a great recipe for a cold day. I make biscuits and this completes the meal. This is a great recipe for a cold day. I make biscuits and this completes the meal.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 # Beef, round steak,
    Tomato Sauce 2 cups
    8 Potato medium
    2 cups Green Beans canned
    2 cup Carrots, cooked
    1 medium zuccini peeled and seed removed
    1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
    8 cups Vegetable Broth

Directions

Fry meat and onions until meat is brown and onions carmalized. Celery salt and pepper to taste. Add veggie broth and tomato sauce. Stir, then add potatoe's, green beans, carrots and zuccini. Cook on medium heat for an hour and simmer for the rest of the time. Enjoy
