Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups dry lentils
    2 cups dry rice
    5 onions
    1.5 tbsp cumin
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1/8 tsp chipotle pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Cook rice in rice cooker. Lentils in pan covered with 1" water. Cook until soft. Slice onions and cook in pan with 3 tbsp olive oil and cumin until brown/black. Burn em a little. Combine all in pan with chipotle salt pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil cook 2 more minutes. eat.
