Introduction

Eat 10 of these any time during the day instead of your regular meals. (with your multi-vitamin) Then eat a 500 cal dinner. (based on 1,000 cal diet plan). Ingredients

    1/4 cup salted Butter
    1/4 cup Organic Cane Sugar
    1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce (or no sugar added)
    2 Egg whites (or 1/2 cup egg beaters)
    1 tbsp Vanilla
    1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 1/2 cup of Organic Old Fashion Oats
    1/2 cup of Raisins (choped)


Directions

Beat Butter and raw cane sugar together until well blended.

Slowly add egg, vanilla and applesauce.

Add baking powder, cinnamon and Whey protein powder

Fold in Raisins and Oats

Use 1 tbsp amounts to put cookies on greased cookie sheet or parchment paper.
Bake at 325 degrees for 12 min or until edges get crisp

Use these as a meal replacement (With a multi-vitamin) or a snack in between healthy meals.
