    Green and Yellow Split Peas 5 cups
    Large Onion Raw, 5
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
    Carrots, raw, 1 large
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    2 tbsp Herbes de Provence


Place all together in pot and bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour.
