Chicken Dijon

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 can (10 3/4oz) Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    2/3 cup water
    1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

In skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook chicken 10 mins.
cook until brown, remove. Pour off oil. In same skillet combine soup, water, mustard & pepper. heat until boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Cover, cook over low heat 5 mins. or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over rice.
