Ingredients

corn meal, water, oil, egg yolk, salt to taste
Directions
mix the egg yolk with the oil, add to the corn meal and chill the water and add. Mix should be thick. Spray cast iron pan with Pam and heat. Drop small thin round or oval shapes into the pan. Turn once when golden and cook until golden on the other side. Use Medium heat and serve warm. Makes 12 big or 24 small oval size bites.
