Ingredients

    * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .6 cup, packed (remove)
    * *Molasses, blackstrap, .25 cup (remove)
    * Milk, 1%, 2 cup (remove)
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 85.04 grams (remove)
    * Coconut, raw, .3 cup, shredded (remove)
    * *Arrowhead Mills' Oat Groats (1/4 cup / 42 grams), .12 cup (remove)

Directions

sift together flours, baking soda and salt. add brown sugar and mix well. add molasses and and milk or butter milk and sourcream and stir to combine. add grains and fruit- stir to combine. spoon into muffin cups. bake in a preheated 350* oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
