Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup corn meal
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup applesauce
    2 egg whites


Combine dry ingredient. Combine wet ingredients. Combine wet with dry. Portion into 12 muffin cups. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden grown.
