Jolyn's Chocolate Tofu Pudding

Submitted by: KATZASTAR

Introduction

A healthy way to get your chocolate fix. Jolyn uses agave nectar and/or Splenda. I like to use agave nectar and different flavored Torani sugar free syrups, usually half chocolate and half whatever I have on hand. I have used coconut and raspberry so far. The calorie count is based on 2 tablespoons agave nectar and Torani sugar free syrup. Using 1/3 cup agave nectar, the calorie count increases to 224 calories per serving. 1 (12-ounce) package Mori-Nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    1-2 teaspoons instant coffee
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 dash salt
1 dash cayenne pepper - optional

    1/3 cup agave nectar OR

    1 tablespoon agave nectar
    1/2 cup Splenda and OR

    2 tablespoons agave nectar
4 tablespoons Torani Sugar Free Syrup, flavor(s) of choice

Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree until very smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Alternatively, put ingredients in a mixing bowl and puree with a hand-held blender beyond smooth, let it get a little fluffy.
