IntroductionMy mother got us a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for Christmas, and this recipe came with it. My mother got us a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for Christmas, and this recipe came with it.
Flour, white, 6 cup
Brown Sugar, 2T packed
Salt, 3.5 tsp
Yeast, bakers, .75 ounce=3 packets
.01c Canola oil (dash)
Water, tap, 2 cup warm
Cover with plastic wrap for 20min.
Divide in half. Roll out lightly, then roll up. (This is the "proper" way to form a loaf.) Place in sprayed loaf pans. Refrigerate two to twelve hours. Let stand at room temperature for ten minutes before baking at 400F for 35-40min.
