Emily's Lasagne

Ingredients

    * Barilla Lasagne Noodles, 1 box
    * *Kroger Low Fat Ricotta Cheese, 15 oz)
    * Kraft 2% Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, 1 cup
    * Kroger Diced Tomatoes, 2 15 oz cans
    * Tomato Sauce, 1 8 oz can
    * Garlic, 3 cloves
    * *Garlic Salt (Safeway), 5 tsp
    * *Italian Seasoning, 3 tsp
    * Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Boil Lasagne noodles per package directions and brown ground beef, then drain. Meanwhile in a food processor, chop garlic cloves until fine. Add diced tomatoes, garlic salt, and italian seasoning. Process until tomatoes and fine; add tomato sauce, process to combine.

In a 9x13 pan, spread 1/4 cup of the sauce on the bottom of the pan. Layer lasagne noodles, cheese, meet and sauce.

Bake for 30-45 min.

Makes 12 servings.
