Country Breakfast Overnight Berry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
TOPPING
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, butter and eggs; add to dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Fold in berries. Pour into a Pam sprayed 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Yields: 12-16 servings.
