Ingredients

2 Large Eggs or 1 Egg Beaters, original
2 Tbsp. Red Peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. Bell Peppers
2 Tbsp. Onions, raw
1 slice Oscar Mayer Deli Style Shaved Brown Sugar Ham, chopped
1 slice Oscar Mayer Deli Style Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, chopped
1 oz Dole Baby Spinach Salad, chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp BacOs Bacon Bits
Vegestable Oil Cooking Spray
Salt and Pepper (for taste)
Directions
Spray small skillet with vegetable oil cooking spray. Saute peppers, onions, spinach, meats and bacon bits.
Pour eggs over mixture. Flip when eggs are browned to your taste, cook other side. If flipping the mixture is too difficult using just a spatula, try using another skillet of similar size. That is what I do for a perfect omelet.
Sprinkle with cheese, flip 1/2 of eggs.
You are done!
