Radishes, 4 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia)
Red Onions, raw, 1/4 of a large
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium
Mushrooms, fresh, 3 large
Garlic, 8 cloves
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil
sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
Roast at 400 degrees about 30 minutes until tender
Not my best concoction - but it's healthy.
